SHHH! New Secret Tasting Menu at STK Steakhouse at Disney Springs for Foodies That Know!

If you’ve been waiting for a good reason to try out STK Steakhouse at Disney Springs, this may be the nudge you needed.

Tasty Chomps, an Orlando-based food and restaurant blog dedicated to finding culinary adventures throughout Central Florida, is hosting a series of tasting events in Orlando to encourage foodies to expand their horizons with new venues. 

“A Taste of… presented by Tasty Chomps x Orlando Foodie Forum” is a secret menu project featuring local Orlando restaurants, with limited-time, special pre-fixe menus. (Those of you who have participated in the Magical Dining program in Orlando will be familiar with the concept. You get to dine at a discounted price from a chef-curated select menu.)

 
Tasty Chomps’ new offering is taking place at a Disney Springs locale this time – STK Steakhouse, a modern, fine-dining steakhouse with a high-energy vibe. From November 2nd through November 12, 2023, diners can enjoy a 3-course dinner at STK for $60 per person. (Price does not include tax or gratuity.)

 
When you request the special menu for the evening, you will select one item from each course: an appetizer, main entrée and dessert.  For starters, you’ll choose from Burrata with marinated beetroot, pickled red onions, basil oil and crunchy sourdough; Tuna Tartare with Hass avocado, taro chips and a soy-honey emulsion; or Lil’ Brgs, made from wagyu beef and special sauce served on sesame seed buns.

  

Entrée choices include an 8 oz. Steakhouse Skirt Steak with confit fingerling, parmesan gremolata and chimichurri sauce; Maple Rubbed Salmon with pickled cherry tomatoes, piquillo broccolini and olive dressing; or Wild Mushroom Risotto with pecorino, braised mushrooms, baby spinach, and shaved black truffle.  

 

End your meal with a sweet treat, choosing from Baked Apple Crumble, with salted caramel ice cream; cheesecake with raspberry coulis and berries; or chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache sauce.
