A culinary team from some of Walt Disney World’s best restaurants will be arriving on scene at Long & Scott Farms on February 10, 2024, for the “9th Annual Field to Feast” Benefit. “Field to Feast” raises funds for Second Harvest Food Bank Kids Cafe, an after-school meal service program providing food to children in Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties, with 100% of the proceeds going to the food bank.
This open-air event features live music, farm tours, and more, as guests enjoy a wide array of locally sourced foods, expertly prepared at different food stations by Disney’s culinary team. The event has sold out every year, but as of the writing of this article, there were a very limited number of tickets still available.
Chefs from nearly a dozen Walt Disney World restaurants and pastry teams, including several of the Resort’s signature dining locations, will be participating in this year’s feast, representing California Grill (Contemporary Resort), Port Orleans Resort, Be Our Guest Restaurant (Magic Kingdom), Tiffins (Animal Kingdom), Hollywood Brown Derby (Hollywood Studios), Narcoossee’s (Grand Floridian), Toledo (Coronado Springs), and Flying Fish (BoardWalk). Master Sommelier George Miliotes (Wine Bar George, Disney Springs) will be arranging the wine, beer and cocktail pairings.
The feast takes place from 2:00-5:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 10, at Long & Scott Farms in Mt. Dora, hosted by farmer Hank Scott.
Tickets are $195, and are available through edibleorlando.com, or Eventbrite.
