This St. Patrick’s Day cupcake ($5.99) is from Intermission Food Court at Disney World’s All-Star Music Resort. The cupcake is chocolate cake, topped with a chocolate mousse mixed with white crispy pearls, anchored to a sugar cookie base. (Disney calls the filling “Chocolate Irish Cream Mousse,” but it pretty much tasted like straight up chocolate to us!) Solid chocolate discs make up the adorable Mickey Mouse ears, and the green coating is a firm ganache, as opposed to the more gel-like coating that sometimes covers Disney cupcakes.
